Who we are
Eureio is a trading name of Lumetrin Consulting Services LLC (“Eureio”, “we”). We rent vehicles by the week to rideshare and delivery drivers across Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.
The information we collect
Your account and application. When you create an account or apply to rent, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your date of birth, home address, and driver’s licence details — the issuing state, class, issue and expiry dates, and any restrictions. Our application record stores only the last four digits of your licence number.
- Which rideshare or delivery platforms you drive for, and where you drive.
- The earnings information you provide for eligibility and for periodic earnings reviews.
Documents you upload. The application asks for supporting documents — such as the front and back of your driver’s licence, proof of insurance, proof of address and your rideshare profile. These images and files show whatever the document itself shows. Staff review them and may record review notes.
Renting. If you rent a vehicle, we keep your reservation details and the rental agreement you sign — an unalterable copy of the exact wording, the legal name you typed, and when you signed. By design, nobody at Eureio — administrators included — can edit or delete a signed agreement.
Payments.Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by our systems. We keep payment records — amounts, dates, status and Stripe’s reference identifiers.
Facebook Lead Ads. If you send us your details through a Facebook lead form, we receive them from Meta — the dedicated section below explains exactly what that involves.
Our own records. Staff may record notes about your application or account, and the system keeps an append-only audit trail of actions taken on your records — who did what, and when.
Technical. Signed-in areas use essential authentication cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking scripts. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To assess eligibility to rent — reviewing your licence, documents and earnings information.
- To operate the rental itself: agreements, reservations, billing and support.
- To respond when you ask about renting, including through a Facebook lead form.
- To send transactional email about your application, reservations and payments. We do not send marketing email.
- To keep accurate business, financial and legal records.
- To protect the service — including keeping an audit trail and honouring decisions to refuse service.
Facebook Lead Ads
When you submit a Facebook Lead Ads form asking about Eureio, Meta delivers to us the details you entered — your name, email address and phone number — together with identifiers for the form, the lead and the Facebook Page. We store them as a contact and a follow-up record in our system so someone can get back to you. If Meta delivers the same lead more than once, we recognise it by its lead identifier and do not duplicate it.
We access lead data through Meta’s APIs for the Facebook Page connected to Eureio, with the authorisation of that Page’s administrator. We never see your Facebook password, we do not post to Facebook on your behalf, and we do not use information received from Meta for advertising.
Meta’s own handling of your information is governed by Meta’s privacy policy. To have the information we received from a lead form deleted, see our data deletion instructions.
Service providers
These services process information for us, each receiving only what its role requires:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — email delivery.
- Meta — delivery of Facebook Lead Ads submissions.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. Beyond the providers above, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information while your application, account or rental relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here.
Some records are kept even after a deletion request, because they must stay reliable: signed rental agreements (unalterable by design), payment and transaction records needed for financial and legal record-keeping, and the audit trail. Where we have made a decision to refuse service, we keep the minimum information needed to honour that decision.
Security
- The database enforces row-level access rules: drivers can reach only their own records, and staff access is limited by role.
- Uploaded documents live in private storage with no public access.
- Sign-in credentials are handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password.
- Tokens for connected services are held server-side in storage no signed-in account can read, and never reach your browser.
- Messages from our payment and lead providers are cryptographically verified before they are processed.
- Card details never touch our systems — they go directly to Stripe.
No service can promise perfect security, but access to your information here is deliberately narrow.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tech@eureio.com, or follow the data deletion instructions. We verify each request against the details on file before acting on it, and the retention exceptions above apply to deletion.
Children
Eureio’s services are for licensed adult drivers and are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the effective date above is updated.
